CONCOURS DEVOU VOLUNTEER RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

As a volunteer with Concours Devou:

1. Volunteer Status
   I understand that my role as a volunteer is based on an “at-will” relationship. This means that either I or Concours Devou may end or modify my volunteer service at any time, with or without notice or cause. I also acknowledge that Concours Devou reserves the right to accept or decline my volunteer application at its sole discretion.
2. Media Release
   I grant Concours Devou permission to use my name, likeness, voice, and any photographs or recordings of me in any media format—including television, radio, print, film, digital platforms, and the Concours Devou website—for promotional or informational purposes.
3. Volunteer Compensation
   I understand that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I will not receive any form of compensation, payment, or benefits for my time or services.
4. Assumption of Risk and Liability
   I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or legal claims that may arise due to my own negligence or intentional actions while volunteering. I agree to hold harmless and release Concours Devou, its partners, including any affiliated organizations, employees, directors, and representatives, from any and all liability related to my volunteer activities.
5. Confidentiality
   I understand that any data, files, or information I access through Concours Devou are confidential and proprietary. I agree not to share, distribute, or use this information for any purpose outside of my volunteer duties.
6. Acknowledgment
   By signing or agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all the terms outlined above.

MINOR VOLUNTEER RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

If the volunteer is under the age of 18, the volunteer form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian:

I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below. I give my permission for my child to volunteer with Concours Devou and agree to all terms outlined in the Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability above. I understand the nature of the volunteer activities and acknowledge that my child is participating voluntarily and at their own risk.

I hereby release and hold harmless Concours Devou, its partners, employees, directors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise from my child’s participation in volunteer activities.
